What to Expect

Getting to know you

Once the project has been defined, we move into the dream stage of the design process. You’ll be provided an intake form, and we will meet at your home for an initial walkthrough.

Design Development

I’ll create two landscape design concepts with varying elements and layouts. Each design will have a corresponding estimate detailing the expected costs. You’ll also be provided a preliminary plant palette and idea board.

Refine the Design

After much deliberation, you will decide which concept best reflects your aesthetic preferences, and we refine the design. You have the ability to incorporate elements from both concepts to tailor the final design to your specific needs. We select and specify materials, solidify plant preferences, and finalize design elements.

Prepare for Construction

The final product is a set of plans—a Landscape Plan and a Planting Plan, along with a revised cost estimate. You can then hand these documents straight to your Contractor.

Installation Support

During installation, I can provide installation support by advocating for you and the goals of the landscape design, offering consultation and assistance on an as-needed basis.
